Fitness goals

As with other goals, remember that health-related goals should also be SMART. They should therefore be specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.

Do you want to live healthier? Great. But what will it mean? Do you add a portion of vegetables to every main meal?

If you've been determined to run a half-marathon for a long time, but you haven't had time to run yet, don't forget to break down your goals into smaller ones.

It is unlikely that as soon as you run outside, your performance will attack the half-marathon limit - 21 kilometers.

A half marathon may be your long-term goal, but what will you do in the first 12 weeks to achieve it?

How many times a week will you train? Is what you have planned in terms of what awaits you in the coming weeks achievable?

Don't forget that diet is also intrinsically linked to physical performance.

It is an integral part of good and above all long-term results.

Be sure not to torture yourself with any cruel diets. Sustainability is key in the whole food process.

Make sure that it is nutritionally complete and tasty at the same time (yes, it really is possible :) ).
